Additional Support Added Through XO Retention Representative

 

In an effort to continue to grow and maintain your customers, XO has added an additional level of support. This enhancement will include a newly assigned Retention Representative, dedicated to ensuring your customers receive the highest level of service and support. XO Retention Representatives will be speaking to your customers on your behalf, aware of the relationship set in place. If there is a need for changes to the customer’s service, the representative will contact your Channel Manager who will inform and discuss the request with you. Requests from your customer will not affect your compensation from XO, compensation will remain intact as per your current contractual commitment.

Please be advised that an XO Retention Representative will be contacting your customers on your behalf.
